Hannah Pass is an author, living and writing in the Pacific NW.
She grew up in central Wisconsin and has her MFA from Pacific University. Hannah’s stories have appeared in American Short Fiction, Wigleaf, Fields, Tin House and Kenyon Review Online among other places. Her fiction has been nominated for a Pushcart Prize, the AWP Intro to Journals Award, DZANC Best of the Web, and StorySouth Million Writers Award. She was a “Finalist” in Glimmer Train’s Very Short Fiction contest, long-listed for The Wigleaf Top 50, and is a recipient of Glimmer Train’s Best Start Award. Hannah has attended artist-in-residence programs at Vermont Studio Center, Foundation Obras in Portugal, and Gullkistan in Iceland. She is the author of the chapbook, Our Reincarnated, from ELJ Editions, and is currently at work on her first novel. When Hannah isn’t writing, she’s fawning over board games, her cat Otto, and rehearsing with her improv team, Lil Candace.
